Hi, I’m Lacey. I started Iskra Elite because I saw a gap in the fitness industry. I watched too many people do fad diets and crash and burn. I choose to link mind, body, and soul in health to produce real lasting results.

I have a degree in Sport, health and Physical Education and am a certified personal trainer under CanFITPRO and International Sport Association.

I have trained in the gym for 11 years and competed at an international level of bodybuilding in the bikini division.
